There can be several potential issues:\n<ul>\n<li>abnormal hormone cycles,<\/li>\n<li>not optimal nutrition,\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>lack of physical activity,<\/li>\n<li>exposure to &#8216;blue&#8217; light(gadgets),<\/li>\n<li>not blacked out bedroom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Habits\u00a0 that will incorporate in my life by the end of 2020:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>go to bed before 9.45,<\/li>\n<li>meditation or any other activity to improve focus and deal with stress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Habits\u00a0 that I incorporated after reading the book: no gadgets in bedroom after 8 pm, no reading in bed, go to bed before 10.30 pm.
